FoxYou is a live video learning environment. We have zero tolerance for:

• Harassment, hate speech, or bullying.

• Inappropriate or offensive behavior on camera.

• Solicitation or spamming other members.

Violation of these rules will result in an immediate, permanent ban without warning.

3. "Beta" Disclaimer

FoxYou is currently in a Beta/MVP phase.

• "As Is" Service: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.

• Service Interruptions: Bugs, crashes, or scheduling errors may occur. We are not liable for missed classes or technical failures (e.g., Zoom link errors).

4. Limitation of Liability

FoxYou and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
